Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation to maintain 99% accuracy in real-time tracking systems
- Supervise receiving, picking, packing and shipping operations to meet daily distribution targets for all goods
- Implement and enforce protocols, optimize warehouse layout for high-volume order processing and train staff on best practices
- Monitor inventory turnover, identify discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement team for product replenishment
- Generate reports on stock levels, damages, and KPIs for senior management review
- Lead a team of warehouse staff handling scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the distribution business
