Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, preparing pack lists for events, and maintaining proper storage and warehouse systems. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the restaurant or catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control warehouse manpower utilization and consumable expenses
- Schedule, assign, and supervise warehouse personnel
- Prepare accurate pack lists for events at least 3–5 days prior to the event
- Ensure all pack list items are correct, clean, and in good working condition
- Check and monitor unreturned items from Front Office (service and rentals)
