Job Requirements
- Supervise, lead, and manage warehouse staff on a daily basis, including task allocation, work supervision, training, and performance follow‑up
- Enforce strict inbound control, ensuring all received goods are the correct products and quantities
- Properly inspected for quality and condition before acceptance
- Enforce strict outbound shipment control
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper storage, systematic checks, and immediate investigation and correction of discrepancies
- Ensure clear, accurate, and complete labeling for all products at every stage
- Oversee and control all warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Actively identify risks or weaknesses in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions to prevent errors and losses
