Location: East Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance + OT
Shift Available: 1345 - 2330 or 2300 - 0845 (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators to achieve daily operational targets.
- Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put-away, and inventory control activities.
- Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, workplace safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and shipment delays.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide coaching/training to team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
