Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and processed.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and workflow to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of warehouse facilities.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) are followed.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants and drivers.
