Logistics Supervisor / Team Lead
$3,000 – $4,000 per month + AWS
Working Days:
5.5 Days work week. 8:30am to 6:00pm / 8:30am to 1:00pm
Working location: East
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee picking, packing, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment.
- Manage receiving and dispatch of goods accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock take.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping of warehouse activities.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet KPIs.
- Resolve operational issues and handle escalations when required.
