This role oversees daily warehouse operations and ensures efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Supervise and coordinate staff (assign tasks, manage conflicts)
- Monitor order fulfillment process and ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure FIFO and barcoding practices are consistently followed
- Perform inventory spot checks and weekly reports (stock variances, slow movers)
- Coordinate with Online Merchandiser to prioritize and align on fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Serve as point person for minor warehouse issues (equipment, space, etc.)
