About The Team
The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment and business intelligence.
Job Description
- Define, implement and execute business development growth projects related to Warehouse operations for cross-border sellers in Malaysia
- Develop and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Business Development)
- Business analysis and performance reporting of projects/categories to facilitate senior leadership decision-making
- Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimise existing practices
