DHL Supply Chain in North York, ON is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead. This full-time role focuses on training, scheduling, and monitoring a dedicated team.
In this Monday to Friday role from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, you will direct work groups and provide hands-on guidance to ensure efficiency. Your responsibilities include overseeing work practices and maintaining safe operational conditions while supporting associates’ growth through training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training and onboarding for associates
• Keep precise and legible records or logs
• Review team documents for correctness
• Assess and monitor associate performance regularly
• Lock and secure building as necessary
Requirements:
• 6-12 months experience in a warehouse setting
• 6-12 months of forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift training certificate achieved within 30 days
• Ability to communicate procedures effectively
