Basic Function
Responsible for overseeing and executing key warehouse processes, including checking, identification, tagging, scanning, receiving, classification, and raw material preparation to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Specific Duties
- Inventory Control
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy at all times
- Update inventory records in the system accurately
- Process and file necessary updates for Ayun and Britana systems
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation
- Daily Warehouse Operations
- Supervise and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
