Job Description
Key tasks include:
Receiving materials Receive incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment. Verify quantities and condition of received items against purchase orders, delivery notes, or packing lists. Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor or relevant department. Material storage and organization Store materials in the correct warehouse locations according to internal procedures. Maintain proper identification, labeling, and traceability of stored items. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Inventory control Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels in the system. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, obsolete materials, or low-stock items.
