As Deliver Lead MY/SG, you would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Customer Service, warehouse and distribution operations for Malaysia and Singapore DC, driving process improvement projects, resource allocation, collaborating with other functions in establishing end to end goals and delivery of our OKR, and monitoring W&D budget and cost controls. You will also ensure the safety and compliance in the overall Order to cash process.
