Warranty Administrator Opportunity Summary:
The Warranty Administrator are responsible for collecting funds due the company from various manufactures for work we have performed on their behalf as part of the warranty process. Collects these funds by strictly adhering to the manufacturer’s warranty process to ensure all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Review documentation generated by the Service Department for all pertinent information required to submit the claim to the factory.
- Interprets and converts all work performed into manufacturers' labor segment codes and the related approved labor reimbursement amounts.
- Complies with any requirements to support the computer claim by providing the necessary supporting documents.
