We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, maximise warranty recovery, and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership requirements. This role works closely with our Service team, manufacturer representatives, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Process and submit warranty and goodwill claims accurately and within required timeframes.
Monitor, reconcile and maintain warranty ledgers and claim records for audit purposes.
Follow up outstanding, delayed or rejected claims to maximise warranty recovery.
