Job Description
- Manage warranty process of submitting, tracking and resolving warranty claims;
- Maintain records of warranty claims and relevant documentation;
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines;
- Timely processing of documentation and claims;
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers and ensure clear communication throughout the warranty process;
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures;
- Problem solving by identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Draft and submit reports to management on claims, data and performance;
- Analyse warranty data to identify areas of concern, areas of improvement and possible cost saving opportunities;
- Manage the replacement of parts for warranty repairs;
- Frequent follow up on claim result.
