Responsibilities:
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of over 70 waste, radiation protection, delivery and environmental professionals providing support to decommissioning and radioactive waste management projects across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide advice and guidance on segregating, packaging, labelling and storage of waste. Ability to co-ordinate multiple resources to facilitate disposal. Provide advice and guidance of isotopic fingerprints & waste stream characterisation documents. Provide advice and guidance for radioactive/non-radioactive disposal routes. Ensure all waste is removed from plant/area compliantly with site procedures, Conditions for Acceptance & Waste Acceptance Criteria.
