As a Waste Disposal Operator, you will coordinate waste disposal facilities to support the historic Fairmont Royal York hotel. Key responsibilities include transferring waste, operating processing equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. This role requires WHMIS & OHSA certifications and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate waste removal and disposal daily
• Maintain a log of waste metrics and delivery needs
• Operate compactors and converters for processing waste
• Ensure cleanliness in the waste disposal area
• Follow health and safety protocols during operations
