**Wastewater Operator**
**Job Description**
A 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) Wastewater Operator is needed for a large manufacturing facility in Santa Ana, CA. This is a direct hire position with pay based on experience (open to lower level and higher level candidates). The Wastewater Treatment Operator I will perform various duties to support the wastewater treatment operations, including inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of pump stations. Ideally looking for candidates with Wastewater Certifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and maintain wastewater treatment facilities, including batch treatment of plating wastewater.
+ Operate a filter press and calibrate pH meters.
+ Initiate corrective actions for equipment deficiencies.
+ Maintain records as per prescribed guidelines.
+ Use the AA for frequent analysis of treated wastewater.
+ Maintain inventory of wastewater process supplies.
