Job Description
Responsibilities
- Clearing all goods as per dispatch control sheet and waybills.
- Filing of depot 1 and depot 2 copies (where applicable)
- Ensuring that depot 2 copies are sent to the correct RM.
- Ensuring that all office billing and receiver copies are put into sleeves and attached to goods.
- Capturing of CNA POD’S
- Allocating of waybills to all customers and recording allocations.
- Assisting with daily vehicle change overs.
- Daily Report.
Compliance, Risk and Quality
- Maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- 100% compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to operations.
- Timeous communication of risks and issues to the Regional manager.
