Qualifications:
• 2-year undergraduate degree (Communications Arts and Education majors preferred)
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead, SME, QA, or Product Specific Trainer in a Call Center/BPO setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in developing talents to their full potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in report creation and MS Office applications
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
