Qualifications
- 2-year undergraduate degree (Communications Arts and Education majors preferred)
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead, SME, QA, or Product Specific Trainer in a Call Center/BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in developing talents to their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in report creation and MS Office applications
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
