We are looking for a Weather Forecasting Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the management and day to day supervision of the Weather Forecasting operations for the company’s global team of Forecasters. The role would be based from one of the Fugro APAC regional offices, notionally Singapore.
Key Responsibilities- Set attainable goals for team members to ensure projects are initiated and finished on time.
- Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity and make sure the timeline is followed.
- Provide stringent quality control on all services.
- Investigate new concepts and value-added services and develop new and unique services that benefit our clients.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain close client liaison to address issues promptly and provide timely solutions.
