Position Summary
BCIT’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department is seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Web Analytics & Digital Strategist to lead enterprise web analytics, digital measurement, and data-informed web strategy. This role replaces a longstanding senior analyst and plays a critical role in ensuring BCIT’s web platforms, marketing initiatives, and digital products are measurable, optimizable, and aligned to institutional priorities.You will operate within a mature, enterprise-grade analytics environment, supported by advanced infrastructure including Google Analytics 360, Server-Side Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud Platform, Looker Studio, BigQuery, high-end site search platforms, and AI-assisted search and analytics tools. You will build on a strong foundation to deliver deeper insight, greater consistency, and strategic impact.
