Job Description
Reporting directly to the Online Business Lead, the Web & Commerce Product Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and evolution of our retailer websites and ecommerce experiences. You will focus on driving market growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience from online to in‑store and streamline adoption of Volvo Cars Canada content with adherence to brand guidelines.
The Web & Commerce Product Manager will partner with our digital retail and certified website vendors, as well as our network of 37 Volvo Cars Retailers to ensure the customer journey is accurate and effective, integrates with the Volvo Cars and Retailer digital tools with an intuitive premium customer experience that aligns with the understated luxury Volvo brand and achieves our business goals.
