Web Designer (E-commerce & Marketing)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)
Team: Design
Reports To: Design Lead / Founder
Time Zone & Collaboration: Minimum 4 hours/day overlap with MST (Mountain Time) for the first 60-90 days; M/W/F design standups at 12:00 PM MST (flexible to 10-11 AM). Long-term, shifts to a deliverables-based model.
