The Marketing AI Administratoris responsible for theday-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's AI chatbotplatform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot isaccurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. Platform Administration & Security Azure Open AI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent hallucinations and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data. Manage user permissions and ensure the system complies with global data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
