Job Description
The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company’s AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving , while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. The AI Administrator acts as the bridge between business stakeholders translating business needs into effective AI behavior. Key responsabilities: Platform Administration & Security Azure OpenAI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., GPT-4o), API integrations, and system uptime. Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent hallucinations and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data.
