Job Description
The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. The AI Administrator acts as the bridge between business stakeholders translating business needs into effective AI behavior.

Platform Administration & Security
Azure Open AI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., GPT-4o), API integrations, and system uptime. Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent hallucinations and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data.
