Job Title: Wedding & Event Sales Executive
Location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS
Reports to: Head of Sales
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30, evenings and weekends as required for showrounds and showcases
The Opportunity
As our Wedding & Event Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a 5-star sales journey—from the first enquiry to the moment the contract is signed. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into bookings, conducting bespoke show rounds, and ensuring each couple or client experiences exceptional service that reflects the Ashridge House brand.
This is a target-driven role, requiring a nothing is impossible mindset and the ability to balance strong commercial acumen with outstanding customer service.
