About us: Always Best Care Jacksonville is a state licensed and nationally accredited HOME HEALTH AGENCY providing private duty non-medical and skilled care in Clay, Duval, and St Johns Counties. We provide a professional, supportive, and rewarding work environment with free ongoing education. We are seeking caregivers who have weekend availability. Must be able to travel to Clay, Duval, or St Johns Counties where our clients reside. Responsibilities: * Provide health care services in client's residence * Perform domestic and household tasks * Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands * Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the WellSky App * Assist with clients’ personal care activities * Maintain client care records and document provided services * Provide companionship and basic emotional support.
