We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Weekend Production Operators. This role involves working every weekend on one of the available shifts, with training conducted during the day shift for at least two weeks. The position offers limited overtime availability and a high potential for direct hire based on performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the super-sacker independently after training.
+ Cross-train into other responsibilities such as loading trucks.
+ Ensure efficient and safe operation of forklift equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Forklift experience is required.
+ Prior industrial production or machine operator experience is preferred.
+ General labor skills such as cleaning, painting, and using hand and power tools.
