Role Purpose
Lead the design and execution of sourcing processes, value engineering, and capability development across the WEEM zone. Enable and elevate markets to lead independently within 2-3 years by standardizing best practices, closing capability gaps, and embedding a market-centric model in alignment with global strategy.
Key responsibilities
Set Strategic Direction & Govern the Sourcing ProcessDefine and communicate the sourcing vision, priorities, and roadmap for the WEEM zone.Own governance, standards, and capability frameworks for sourcing across the zone.Drive Value Engineering & DTV ExcellenceLead development, deployment, and governance of Value Engineering (VE) and Design-to-Value (DTV) strategy and targets.Standardize methodologies, tools, and playbooks for VE and DTV across countries.Identify and scale value levers, building a regional pipeline with cross-functional partners.
