We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and service driven Welcome Host to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors at a high end residential building in the heart of Soho.
This is a standalone position where you’ll take ownership of the front of house experience and ensure the building runs smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Build rapport with residents and recognise regular visitors
- Assist with daily requests such as taxi bookings, reservations, deliveries, and directions
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and support building security protocols
- Oversee visitor management and access control
- Coordinate with building management and facilities teams to report issues or support maintenance needs
