This role offers an opportunity for a motivated welder to join a growing manufacturing team on second shift. You will perform MIG welding using a variety of techniques, complete a weld test as part of the selection process, and contribute to the production of high-quality fabricated products in a clean, relaxed environment. The team has time to train, so candidates with foundational technical training, such as TCAT, are encouraged to apply.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on production parts using flat, uphill, and downhill techniques in accordance with job specifications.
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints to understand weld locations, dimensions, and requirements.
+ Complete a weld test, including flat, uphill, and downhill welds, as part of the hiring process during the scheduled weekday time window.
+ Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
