Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Welder is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and welding of precision metal components used in the manufacture of large industrial equipment. This position performs layout, fit-up, welding, finishing, inspection, and repair of fabricated assemblies while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
The role requires proficiency in multiple welding processes, operation of fabrication equipment, interpretation of technical drawings, and safe use of overhead lifting equipment and industrial tools.
