Welder Fabricator
Our client, an engineering and manufacturing business, based between Halifax and Bradford, has an immediate requirement to recruit 2 well‑versed Welder Fabricators.
Key Skills / Responsibilities
- Must be able to MIG/MAG to a good standard. Top graded welders will be expected to be able to TIG weld.
- Have experience in working with mild steel/carbon as a minimum. Top graded welders will have experience of working with exotic materials.
- Read technical drawings to build jobs to specification.
- Fabricate from technical drawings.
- Overhead crane experience is a benefit.
- Work to quality standards set out.
- Possess safe working practices.
- Follow safety protocol including wearing heat‑resistant gloves, overalls, air‑fed protective masks, and safety shoes (all provided by the company).
