We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fitter with the ability to fit from blueprints and perform MIG root with Flux Core fill and cap welds on structural steel components.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of structural welding and fitting experience
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Experience fitting beams, columns, braces, and structural assemblies
- Proficient with MIG root and Flux Core out
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Skilled with measuring tools, layout, and fabrication equipment
- Experience operating overhead cranes is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to quality
