🔧 Welder / Manufacturing Operative – Temp to Perm

📍 Aldermaston, Reading
💷 £14.25 per hour + Quarterly Bonus
🕒 Monday to Friday | 45 Hours Per Week


Driver Hire Reading are recruiting for a Welder / Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Aldermaston.


This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work and the chance to join a supportive team environment.

🔧 The Role

  • TIG welding and metal fabrication work

  • Assembly of metal components and structures

  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Carrying out quality checks on completed work
