Our client based in Derby (DE6) is currently seeking an experienced welder to join their small team. Our client stores and supplies scaffolding supplies around Europe. As a welder you will be working on‑site to cut and prepare goods to meet client specifications.
- Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and measurements.
- Experienced in MIG/TIG welding.
- Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high‑quality finish.
- Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £16.50
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday, then 08:00–16:00 Friday. One hour unpaid break each day.
