Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding works on structural steel, pipes, and metal components
- Interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Operate MIG, TIG, SMAW (Stick), and other welding equipment
- Cut, grind, and prepare materials before welding
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and strength
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance
- Assist in fabrication and installation works on-site
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or Technical–Vocational graduate (e.g., TESDA certification)
- NC II or NC III in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or related qualification
- 2–5+ years of welding experience (local or overseas preferred)
