Job Description
- Perform welding works according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Execute 6G position welding for piping and structural components.
- Handle aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastic welding.
- Perform TIG / MIG welding processes as required.
- Ensure weld quality meets semiconductor industry standards.
- Conduct visual inspection of welds.
- Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
- Rectify defects and rework when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid 6G Welding License (Mandatory).
- Certification in aluminium, metal, and plastic welding is an advantage.
- CIDB or other recognized welding certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years welding experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial piping is an advantage.
- Experience with TIG welding (especially aluminium & stainless steel).
