About Us Ibarra Group LLC is a Certified MBE/DBE Steel Fabricator and Steel Erector based in Chicago, IL. We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to become an integral part of our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform various welding operations using specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal structures
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to specification
- Install and repair equipment and structural components
- Read and follow blueprints and shop drawings to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements and verify specifications for accuracy
- Conduct weld quality tests to evaluate tolerance and integrity
- Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience required; 5-10 years preferred for Senior level
