**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years' experience operating as a construction/bridge welder.
+ Current and valid certification for ¾” and lower required. AWS D1.1 and D1.5 certification preferred, or the practical field knowledge to obtain certificates.
+ Knowledge of construction site best practices and safety procedure.
+ Must pass pre-employment DOT physical/drug screening.
+ Valid drivers license with clean driving record (No major traffic violations, tickets or accidents for the last 7 years.) preferred.

+ Operate angle grinders and other small tools to prepare parts for welding.
+ Read and interpret standard welding notations.
+ Select proper materials, measure and cut to specifications.
