**Welder – 1st Shift**
**Location:** Sioux Falls, SD
**Pay:** $21–$23/hour
Kwik Way Manufacturing is looking for a reliable welder to join their team in Sioux Falls. This is a steady, first-shift opportunity with consistent hours and a solid team environment.
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Perform production welding on metal components
+ Read and follow blueprints or work instructions
+ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Work alongside team members to keep production on track
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ At least **1 year of production welding experience**
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Dependable and consistent attendance
+ Comfortable working with standard welding equipment and tools
