Leading welding projects. Analysing engineering designs & reviewing technical specifications for welding requirements. Overseeing a team of welders. Reviewing welding procedures, processes, and documentation. Managing welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures to help the manufacturing and welding teams : PQR & WPS Managing welders qualification and their renewal : WPQT Conducting failure analyses and root cause analyses on welding issues to proceed with continuous improvement Welding Engineer Requirements:
