Fohntech Group is looking for a Welding Inspector to join their team in Belgium.
Rotation Plan is available.
Responsibilities:
- Verify welding specifications and compliances for site requirements
- Be familiar with safety, quality and construction or maintenance regulations, standards, procedures and requirements
- Ensure that all activities/tasks adhere to national and state health and safety regulations
- Ensure welding procedures are being followed correctly and that welders are using appropriate equipment and materials
- Review NDT results and interpret findings to assess weld quality and detect any defects or discontinuities
- Identify the qualifications of welders and the validity of their certificates
