Responsibilities
- Monitoring production output and schedule to fulfill customer’s demand.
- Supervise and schedule welder and operator daily activities as required to achieve production daily output target.
- Coordinate with coordinator for production planning as per customer demand.
- To train welder for understanding of customer requirement.
- Involved in continues improvement activities.
- Monitor of daily consumable usage and stock and raised PR for purchasing if stock is low.
- To train and find correct method and technic of performing work.
- To find a correct working method for new project development and work out with engineer for new work instruction.
- To improve and provide production fabrication cycle time to marketing on new project and monitor cycle time at production as recorded.
- Monitoring of employee attendance and overtime plan.
