Caseworker – Welfare Benefit Team
We are looking for a caseworker to join our Welfare Benefit Team. The team does incredible work, determining if people are eligible for benefits, applying, challenging and appealing decisions. In these difficult times, the role has never been more important, nor had the potential for such a positive and essential impact upon people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Determine eligibility for welfare benefits.
- Process benefit applications.
- Challenge and appeal decision outcomes.
