Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents. Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities. Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities. Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
