Personal Trainer – Nuffield Health Chichester FWC | Fitness | Permanent contract | Part time
Salary: £28,421.12 – £36,745.28 OTE (pro rata). This role requires 16 hours per week on the gym floor to support further growth in Personal Training hours.

- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
- Deliver a range of personal training sessions and consultations.
- Carry out high‑quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
- Maintain clear career progression and explore opportunities to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles.
